How do I join the Loyalty Program?
Safeco Auto customers are automatically enrolled. No action is needed to join!

What if I do not have an auto policy but I have a Home, Renter, or Condo policy?
Currently the Loyalty Program is only for Auto customers.

How do I move up to the next loyalty status?
After 1 complete year you automatically move to Silver status and after 5 years you automatically move to Platinum status.

Does it cost me anything to be a part of the loyalty program?
The Safeco Loyalty Program is completely free!

Is the Loyalty Program available in all states?
Yes, however some benefits within the Loyalty program are not available in all states. See below for details:

Accident and Violation Free Discounts: Some AK customers may not qualify. Check with your independent agent for more information. Customers in MD are offered the Good Driver Discount instead.
President's Guarantee MA and RI customers are offered the Superior Service Program.
Small Claim Forgiveness: Not available to customers in CA.
New Teen Discount: Some customers in AK, MA, NY, NC, ND, SD, and WA may not qualify. Check with your independent agent for more information.

¹Discounts and savings are available where state laws and regulations allow, and may vary by state. Certain discounts apply to specific coverages only. To the extent permitted by law, applicants are individually underwritten; not all applicants may qualify.

²Damage caused by normal wear and tear or improper maintenance is not covered. We will repair or replace any defective work of the Guaranteed Repair Network facility. Safeco's Guaranteed Repair Network is not available in MA or RI. In these states we offer the Superior Service Program (SSP).
