For New Home Purchase or Renewal requests, enter the effective date of the policy. Renewal requests cannot be made more than 30 days in advance of the effective date. For Refinance requests, enter the effective date of the change.

You may only use the Portal for the purpose of doing business with Safeco Insurance. You may not use the Portal for any other purpose. Regardless of whether you think your use of the Portals is for the benefit of Safeco, the Portal may never be used:
  • In a manner that is prohibited by any law or regulation;
  • By using another person's credentials, or impersonating or otherwise misrepresenting your identity or affiliation;
  • To access accounts that you are not authorized to access;
  • To invade the privacy of third parties, including consumers;
  • In a manner that infringes or misappropriates any patent, trade secret, copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights of any third party;
  • To violate, or facilitate or assist in violating, the security of Safeco systems, whether intentionally, negligently or otherwise; or
  • To transmit by means of Safeco systems any data or material that contains software viruses or any other malicious code designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment.
